RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible items only.
We do not offer exchanges.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order confirmation. Or within 3 days of receiving the order.


CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • In original condition

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


NON-RETURNABLE

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Damaged items (customer caused)

  • Items with missing parts or packaging

  • Clearance, sale, promotional, or custom orders (final sale)

  • Any item not meeting hygiene standards

We reserve the right to refuse any return.


PROCESS

  1. Email: miamibeautywholesale@gmail.com

  2. Receive approval + return label (RMA)

  3. Ship item with RMA clearly marked

  4. Inspection (3–10 business days)

  5. Refund issued if approved (3–5 business days)


REFUSED / RETURNED PACKAGES

  • Reshipping requires additional payment

  • If unpaid → treated as return

  • 10% handling fee applies

  • Shipping is non-refundable


DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Report within 3 days of delivery with photos.

If approved:

  • Return the item

  • Receive replacement or full refund


REFUNDS

  • Subject to up to 50% restocking fee

  • Return shipping may apply

  • Processed within 15 days after inspection

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If unavailable → store credit (no expiration).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Allow 1–2 billing cycles for processing.
