Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During live sale events or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship through major carriers such as UPS and USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for transit delays.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and open a claim through the platform.
Claims for lost packages must be handled directly with the carrier if the tracking shows “delivered.”

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to platform policies. Items must be unopened and in original condition unless they arrive damaged.
